NR Meds, a leading medical distribution company in Ghana, is proud to partner with Hemo(U)global and the Ghana Armed Forces Critical Care and Emergency Hospital for the One Blood Drive – Detty December Edition, a community-powered blood donation initiative aimed at strengthening Ghana’s blood supply during the festive season.

The blood drive is scheduled for Friday, 19th December 2025, at the Ghana Armed Forces Critical Care and Emergency Hospital, commencing at 9:00 AM. This initiative seeks to mobilise voluntary blood donors while creating awareness about the life-saving impact of safe and timely blood donation.

As a company committed to improving healthcare delivery across Ghana, NR Meds continues to support initiatives that directly enhance patient outcomes and strengthen the healthcare ecosystem. Our partnership in this blood donation exercise aligns with our mission to ensure access to quality medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare solutions for hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals nationwide.

The One Blood Drive combines purpose with community engagement, featuring activities such as live DJ sessions, raffle giveaways, and cultural experiences, all while reinforcing the importance of voluntary blood donation in saving lives.

NR Meds encourages members of the public, healthcare professionals, and corporate organisations to participate in this impactful initiative. One unit of blood can save up to three lives — your contribution can make a lasting difference.
